| It was during a "year off" for skiing, snowboarding, climbing, and
traveling that got Shannon hooked on Kirkwood and he has been here ever
since. Shannon started his real estate career in 1992 in the Napa Valley
and has been with Kirkwood Real Estate since 1999. It’s his experience
both in Kirkwood and other markets that Shannon feels gives him his edge
